Impact Claude had announced that he was stepping away from basketball due to ankle and knee injuries on Friday night, but he was curiously listed as questionable on the Big Ten injury report ahead of the clash with Michigan State. Claude, unsurprisingly given his prior announcement, didn't play and it now appears that his inclusion on the injury report was a clerical error or something of that nature. He should be considered out for the season.

Desmond Claude - Stepping away for health reasons Claude (ankle/knee) will step away from "all on-court activities and prioritize (my) health," according to a statement he released per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.

Impact Claude tore multiple ligaments in his ankle during preseason practice, which forced him to miss the first four games of the season. He returned to action on Nov. 18 and has played in 12 games this season, notching nine starts and averaging 13.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists. However, according to the guard's statement, his early return made his ankle injury worse and he's also sustained an extraneous knee ailment. Claude appears to be stepping away from basketball indefinitely.

Quimari Peterson - 13 points on 13 shots Peterson provided 13 points (4-13 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 82-72 loss to Michigan.

Impact Peterson attempted 12 three-pointers against Michigan, the second time in as many games he's let a dozen shots fly from downtown. He's combined to hit 9-of 24 of those shots for a solid but not outstanding clip of 37.5 percent. After shooting 42 percent from distance last season with East Tennessee, Peterson has continued to let it fly from deep, but with less success, as he's hitting 35.4 percent of his three-pointers this year. Peterson's reliance on the three has led to some fluctuating production with the Huskies, making him a risky proposition fantasy-wise.

Franck Kepnang - Doesn't move the needle in loss Kepnang supplied eight points (4-6 FG), six rebounds and three blocks over 27 minutes during Wednesday's 82-72 loss to Michigan.

Impact Kepnang hit double-digit points in back-to-back games against Ohio State and Purdue, but that looks to be an outlier and not a new norm for the senior forward. He was efficient from the field but only put up six shots, and didn't do enough to enough to help Washington pull off this caliber of upset. Averaging 6.4 points and 7.0 rebounds this season, Kepnang hasn't done enough to warrant much attention from fantasy managers.

Impact Yates was questionable heading into Washington's tilt with Michigan, and the guard wound up playing, snapping a streak of five missed games. He came off the bench for the first time this season, and was ice cold, missing every shot he took from the floor across 14 minutes. Yates will look to continue to heal from his wrist injury and get back to the player he was before his absence -- the player who was averaging 14.9 points and 3.9 rebounds.
