Holly Holm already working on her rear naked choke defense, training to get her belt back

After losing her championship belt in a stunning fifth-round loss to Miesha Tate, Holly Holm said, "Let’s get in there and get it back."

To that end, Holm already is in the gym training for a potential Tate rematch, specifically working on her defense against the rear naked choke, which Tate used to snatch victory from her.

@hollyholm will get that belt back she's in the gym working!!!

That’s no surprise, considering Holm’s promise after her loss: "I am going to train hard and show that I am better than this."

Holm’s camp has made it clear she wants a rematch with Tate more than with Rousey, even though the latter is the big-money fight. Holm wants to get her belt back at UFC 200. However, Dana White already said the next fight is Tate vs. Rousey, and the UFC has to be hoping Rousey returns early to fight at UFC 200.

Tate hasn’t said who she prefers to fight, but she’s started trash-talking Rousey again, so she seems to be setting up the third fight in their trilogy.
