The last round of Champions League group stage fixtures is here, and with it brings both opportunity and finality. Some teams are already assured of their spot in the knockout rounds, while some are still in with a chance to make it. There are still Europa League spots up for grab too. Here's what's at stake on Wednesday.
Club Brugge vs. FC Copenhagen
Club Brugge haven't picked up a single point, and Copenhagen will be looking to grab all three points and hope FC Porto can't get the job done against Leicester. At the very least they've secured a Europa League spot, but second place in the group is still very much up for grabs.

Porto vs. Leicester City
Leicester are cruising, having already secured the top spot in their group. Porto have everything to play for though. A win will see them through, but a draw could make it tricky if FC Copenhagen can grab three points against Brugge.

Juventus vs. Dinamo Zagreb
Juventus have secured qualifcation from Group H, but top spot is still up for grabs with Sevilla just one point behind. Zagreb haven't even scored a goal, and they're assured the bottom spot in the group. They're 0-0-5, and they'll be looking to add a one to at least... one of those columns.

Olympique Lyon vs. Sevilla
Lyon need to win by at least two goals to progress to the next round, and Sevilla need the three points to take top spot. All it takes is a draw for the visitors to advance though, so things could get interesting as it comes down to the wire in this one.

Tottenham vs. CSKA Moscow
The battle for third place. A draw for Tottenham will see them head to Europa League, but nothing aside from the full three points will keep CSKA in European competition.
Bayer Leverkusen vs. Monaco
Nothing will change in this one. Monaco have secured top spot, and Leverkusen are through in second place.

Legia Warsaw vs. Sporting CP
Legia Warsaw have only picked up a point so far, but if they can sneak a victory against struggling Sporting CP, they'd make Europa League. Sporting just need a draw to stay in Europe.

Real Madrid vs. Borussia Dortmund
The most compelling matchup of the day, undefeated Madrid host undefeated leaders Dortmund in hopes of snatching top spot. A win would do it for the Merengues, but all Dortmund need is a draw to hold their position.
