Victor Oladipo: Russell Westbrook sings me to sleep some nights
A lot of interesting soundbites have been trickling out of Oklahoma City as the Thunder prepare for the start of the 2016-17 NBA season.
Leadership, teamwork and Kevin Durant shade were the topics of the day on Friday, and now, we have a better idea of how the team is gelling as a unit.
Now we know that Russell Westbrook is Victor Oladipo's personal lullaby machine.
This is adorable and strange and very on-brand for two teammates with a passion for singing. Oladipo's been crooning since his college days at Indiana, and Westbrook is a habitual karaoke machine on his priceless Snapchat feed.
My question: What's Westbrook's go-to lullaby for teammates who can't sleep? I'm going with "So Gone" by Monica.
Dan is on Twitter. Those nights I couldn't sleep, you let the sun beat you hoooome.
