LeBron wears full Cubs uniform to pay off World Series bet with Dwyane Wade
LeBron James and Dwyane Wade had a simple bet on the outcome of the World Series: If the team in the city you play in loses, you suit up in the winner's baseball uniform from head to toe.
Since the Cubs came back from a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Indians — a scenario with which LeBron himself is intimately familiar — James had to wear a Cubs uniform in advance of his contest against Wade and the Bulls in Chicago on Friday. And LeBron proved to be a man of his word:
That was from the hotel room, but it appears as though James is going through with the full pay-off by wearing the fit to the arena.
Hopefully for the Cavaliers, LeBron will be done messing around once he sheds the Cubs uni. Cleveland has lost two straight, and will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back against a Bulls team that's been better than many expected.
