Draymond Green wants to 'annihilate' and 'completely destroy' Cavaliers in Finals

Draymond Green apparently hasn’t gotten over the Golden State Warriors losing to the Cavaliers in historic fashion in the Finals. And the outspoken, do-everything power forward knows exactly what he wants to do to the defending champs if the two teams meet for a third consecutive Finals.

"I want to win the Western Conference, try to beat everybody in the Western Conference -- which is a tough task," Green said, via NBA.com. "There are so many good teams. So that's got to be our only focus, to win the Western Conference. And then, if Cleveland comes out of the East, I want to destroy Cleveland. No ifs, ands and buts about it. But I also know that there's steps to get to that point. And if and when we get to that point, I want to annihilate them.”

Green played a critical role in the Warriors becoming the first team in Finals history to blow a 3-1 series lead. He was suspended for Game 5 of the series for taking a swipe at LeBron James.

Though Green had a huge Game 7 -- 32 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists -- many pointed the finger at Green as the main reason why Golden State didn’t win its second consecutive title to cap its record-setting 73-win regular season.

Green appears very focused on righting that wrong, but will the two teams get the back to the Finals?
