The Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas released playoff odds for three NBA teams who made big moves prior to the start of free agency, and while the Timberwolves and Sixers are now both favored to make the playoffs in 2018, Lonzo Ball's Lakers still have a lot of work to do.
Los Angeles Lakers: +500 to make the postseason
Even with Lonzo Ball at the helm and Magic Johnson fully behind his new point guard - as evidenced by the D'Angelo Russell trade - the Lakers still desperately need more star power to stand a chance in the West. Should Paul George arrive, they might have a shot at the eight seed.

Philadelphia 76ers: -125 to make the postseason
With No. 1 pick Markelle Fultz, along with a healthy Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, the Sixers are slightly favored to crack the top eight in the East. Philadelphia went 28-54 last season, and was 13 games out of the last playoff spot.

Minnesota Timberwolves: -260 to make the postseason
After trading for former Bulls star Jimmy Butler to pair with Karl-Anthony Towns and drafting Lauri Markkanen, the Wolves are favored to make the postseason for the first time since 2004, when Kevin Garnett led the team to the Western Conference Finals.
