The stars are out for the 59th running of the Daytona 500, with live coverage on FOX beginning at 1 p.m. ET and a green flag time of 2:20 p.m.

The National Anthem will be performed by Sparks, who is well known for her run on “American Idol” and films “Sparkle,” “Dear Secret Santa” and the upcoming “God Bless the Broken Road.” Sparks was a presenter at 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Awards.

The 2011 Grammy Award winners for Song of the Year will perform the pre-race concert. The group also won the 2010 Grammy for Best Country Performance by Duo or Group with Vocals, CMA’s 2009 Vocal Group of the Year and in 2010 became the first artist in CMA history to win Single of the Year for two consecutive years.
The 1967 Daytona 500 champion is the honorary race official for the 59th annual Daytona 500.
The two-time Super Bowl-winning tight end for the New England Patriots is taking in NASCAR's biggest race.
Wilson, a/k/a "Lightning McQueen," is at the Daytona 500 to promote the Pixar movie "Cars 3." The actor will give the command to start engines, saying "I'm just going to put some bass into it and hope for the best."

The hip hop DJ/producer is known as the Mix Tape King and is the host of Whoolywood Shuffle on Sirius XM Radio.
