Rays first baseman flips into stands for catch of the year

Logan Morrison did a thing, guys. A really great thing.

More accurately, the Tampa Bay Rays first baseman might've made the catch of the season on Wednesday after somersaulting into the stands at Dodger Stadium and gloving a ball.

It was an impressive snag in more ways than one, considering he managed to knock off a giant fieldside pad, caught the ball after he began flipping, and then managed to snow cone it for officials.

Catch of the year? It might not win it all, but it's up there.

Dan is on Twitter. The only thing he's ever caught with this degree of concentration is feelings.
