Overflowing sewage hits A's ballpark
The Oakland A’s dugout is full of crap, and that’s not just a figure of speech.
With the Minnestoa Twins in town on Saturday, a few inches of raw sewage backed up into the visitors’ dugout before the third game of a four-game series.
Twins closer Glen Perkins observed what he described as “potential sewage,” and sent out a photo on Twitter.

Bigger crowds = inherently more people taking twosies = potential problems again for A's and their garbage stadium? http://t.co/4z6Txu8Avn— Peter Woodburn (@wernies) September 18, 2013
I'm not a big fan of the sewage either, but the A's are 2-0 on days it happens...— Decatholac Mango (@Sniff009) September 18, 2013
But mostly, there’s jokes.
@susanslusser -- Will MLB please test sewage for clues on what makes the A's a superior ball club despite stadium issues?— Chris Faile (@ChrisFaile) September 21, 2013
There is no truth to the rumor that the Oakland A's are going to go swimming in the sewage after they clinch the AL West.— Lars (@LarsTheWanderer) September 21, 2013
And then were was this, which more or less sums it up.
