The North Side of Chicago is buzzing with Wrigley Field set to host its first World Series game since 1945 on Friday.
And the Wrigleyville streets were buzzing far ahead of the first pitch in anticipation that these Cubs will defeat the Indians and finally end the franchise’s 108-year championship drought. With the best-of-seven series tied at 1, the next three games will be in Chicago this weekend — with Games 6 and 7 (if necessary) back in Cleveland next week.
