Watch Mizzou's quarterback take a swig from a bottle thrown by a South Carolina fan

Mizzou's had a rotten season, but Saturday offered a bit of a respite — as they traveled to South Carolina to face the struggling Gamecocks in a battle over which team is really the worst in the SEC East.

And when you put two fierce rivals on the field, you're going to get emotions running high.

After Mizzou scored a touchdown in the first half, a South Carolina fan in the student section decided to toss a bottle onto the field, and Mizzou quarterback Drew Lock, curious and perhaps parched, decided to partake.

One has to presume it was filled with water, but seeing as it was thrown from the student section, here's our best guesses on what Lock, 19, actually drank:

• Vodka

• Gin, because it's cheap and underrated

• Pappy's Moonshine

• Really bad tequila

• Crystal Pepsi

• Everclear

• Will Muschamp's offensive game plan, distilled into a horrid tasting, clear beverage

• Sierra Mist, the fifth-best citrus flavored soft drink

• Water

• Tears
