Mizzou OL takes snap to groin, brother posts footage to Vine

The Missouri Tigers are still working out the kinks before their Aug. 30 opener vs. South Dakota State. Just ask Evan Boehm, who learned that the hard way on Day 5 of fall practice.

The Missouri Tigers are still working out the kinks before their Aug. 30 opener vs. South Dakota State.

Just ask junior Evan Boehm, who learned that the hard way on Day 5 of fall practice.

The unsuspecting offensive lineman fell victim to a rather painful snap miscue at Tigers practice, and lucky for those of us on the internet looking for a cheap laugh, his brother Tyler did his fraternal duty and posted footage of the incident to Vine:

From the Columbia Tribune:

(Evan) Boehm says he's coping: "I'm probably going to have a family still. If you watch the video, the quarterback" graduate assistant "Bob Luce didn't do a very good job of pushing me out of the way. When you stand to the right of the quarterback, you feel like you're free from all the snaps. But you can tell from the video I wasn't very free from all of that. It hurt for a good five minutes. After that, they came back down and I was fine."

Glad to hear Evan recovered. And thank you, Tyler: You are a model sibling.
