Donald Nemeth was being held on $1 million bond after pleading not guilty in a Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Nemeth is charged with aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping and felonious assault charges in the death of Joshua Mascol.
Nemeth, 29, and another man police have yet to identify met Mascol Jan. 23 at a room at the University Hotel and Suites on Euclid Avenue to complete a drug deal, according to court records.
