Injured WWE star Finn Balor is practicing his entrance crawl during rehab

While Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins at SummerSlam wasn’t generally listed among the matches of the year in 2016, Finn Balor’s performance that night was arguably the best that any WWE star delivered all year long. Early in the match, Balor took an awkward bump on a barrier outside the ring when Rollins hit him with a powerbomb, and the impact caused a long list of severe injuries to his arm, shoulder and neck.

Somehow, Balor was able to pop his shoulder back in place and not only win the match – which was excellent – but become the inaugural Universal Champion. The next night he relinquished his title on Raw, and had surgery soon after.

While he didn’t make a surprise return at the Royal Rumble as many fans had hoped, Balor seems to be getting close to a return. He shared a video of himself performing his signature entrance crawl while using resistance bands on Valentine’s Day.

Last week, Balor was doing pushups on a rocker board.

Balor actually spent Valentine’s Day with Rollins, who is recovering from yet another knee injury.

Come back soon, Finn.
