Penn State exploded for five unanswered goals Saturday night, dealing Wisconsin a 6-2 loss and forcing a third game in the two teams' Big Ten quarterfinal series.

Linus Weissbach got the Badgers on the board just three minutes into the game, but the lead didn't last long.

Alex Limoges tied things up just five minutes later, before Liam Folkes, Brandon Biro, Nate Sucese and Evan Bell scored in the second period to push the Nittany Lions' lead to 5-1.

Matthew Freytag finally answered for the Badgers midway through the third period, but Limoges struck again with less than five minutes to play to restore Penn State's five-goal lead.

Daniel Lebedeff exited following Bell's power-play goal in the second period after making 34 saves.

Jack Berry made 11 saves the rest of the way.
