Michigan State received an oral commitment from 6-foot-4, 190-pound receiver Juwan Caesar, Scout.com reported Friday.
Caesar, from Miami, Fla., has a three-star rating and is the No. 78 receiver in the nation. He selected MSU over Minnesota and Central Florida. He also had offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, West Virginia and Vanderbilt.
The Spartans now have 19 commitments and moved to No. 28 nationally, third in the Big Ten behind Ohio State and Nebraska, in the latest Scout.com rankings.
Players can begin signing official letters of intent on Feb. 2.
