'The Herd': Colin likes Cardinals (with trade) getting Josh Rosen at No. 3

We already know how Joel Klatt feels about Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen.

But, what about Colin Cowherd?

The host of 'The Herd' rolled out his 'Mock Draft 3.0' on Thursday, in which, Cowherd kept Darnold at No. 1 overall the Browns but made a theoretical trade to get the Cardinals up to the No. 3 spot to select Josh Rosen.

Crazy? Or sane?
