Dodgers Down Under: Eating kangaroo
The Dodgers have arrived safely in Australia and are already taking in the local sights, sounds … and cuisine.
Catcher Tim Federowicz shared his thoughts after chowing down on kangaroo.
Just had kangaroo for dinner. It was a lot better than I expected!

The Dodgers will play a two-game, season-opening series against the Diamondbacks at Sydney Cricket Ground — established in 1848. The games will be played at 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. PT on Saturday.
Dodgers infielder Andre Ethier, however, seemed annoyed when questioned by reporters about the hard playing surface at the Cricket Ground.
"I’m here to play a baseball game. I boarded a plane last night and this is where I landed. I’m here to play," said Ethier, according to the LA Times.
