Stephen Jackson on LeBron’s ejection: ‘The refs always overreact, he didn’t deserve to be thrown out’
In his reaction to LeBron James' ejection in the Cavs - Heat game, Stephen Jackson joins Skip Bayless, Shannon Sharpe and Joy Taylor on Undisputed to discuss The King's early exit and why refs typically officiate LeBron differently from other players.
- Not at all, I think the referee-- the referees-- always overreact. I mean, I could see if it was a situation where it was the fourth quarter, it was a tight game, and LeBron showed him up. You made a bad call. You blew the game and cursed him out. That wasn't even the situation. They were up 23 at the time. You know, he did get a file. But referees do have a tendency, of when teams are blowing other teams out, they tend to overlook cause. But he didn't deserve to get thrown out, especially after one take.
MAN: And by the way, you never got thrown out, right?
- Too many times. I think I got LeBrn beat by double digits.
