The NCAA's Board of Directors voted to allow college athletes to sell the rights to their names, images and likeness. The new rule will have some restrictions, but a few of the changes will let athletes profit off of social media, autographs and advertisements. They can also sign with an agent to help them land endorsements. Marcellus Wiley and Emmanuel Acho discuss what the new rule means for college athletics.
