Two Pop Warner teams make 6-year-old's dream come true

Six-year-old Matt Davidopoulos was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy at 8 months old, which affects his ability to breathe, swallow, and stand, among other things. This past weekend he scored his first TD and it was awesome.
