Sarah Kaufman draws Shayna Baszler at TUF Nations Finale

TUF nations just got a wild women's scrap added to the card.

Former Strikeforce women’s bantamweight champion Sarah Kaufman finally has a fight after itching to get back in the cage for several months and she will take on a familiar face in her return to the Octagon on April 16 at the TUF Nations Finale in Quebec City, Quebec.

Challenging Kaufman on the card while also looking to redeem herself from an earlier loss to the former Strikeforce champion will be Shayna Baszler, who makes her UFC debut after a brief stint on season 18 of The Ultimate Fighter.

UFC officials confirmed the bout on Saturday.

Baszler (15-8) was one of the favorites going into her season on TUF, but she was upset in the opening round of the tournament by Julianna Pena, who eventually went on to win the entire show.

Now the veteran fighter will get back in action against a very tough opponent as Kaufman (16-2, 1 NC) hopes to get back on track after her fight inside the Octagon ended with a loss to Jessica Eye (the fight was turned to a no decision recently).

Kaufman actually holds a win over Baszler already from 2009 when they met in Strikeforce where she picked up a victory by unanimous decision.

Kaufman vs. Baszler is the latest addition to the growing card taking place in Quebec City that will serve as the finale for The Ultimate Fighter Nations with several big matchups already announced for the card including the main event pitting Michael Bisping against Tim Kennedy in a five round headline bout.
