UFC welterweight Nick Diaz was reportedly jumped in a braw at the Hyde nightclub inside the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.

TMZ broke the news on Wednesday that Diaz was involved in a scuffle after accidentally bumping into another patron near a bathroom outside the club.

Diaz apparently apologized but the person who he bumped into allegedly started shouting before three other men joined him in jumping the UFC welterweight.

"I didn't start it. They didn't know who I was," Diaz told TMZ.

According to the report, Diaz got hit in the head while defending himself and the brawl broke out into the Bellagio casino floor before security intervened. Diaz reportedly suffered a gash on the top of his head as a result of the attack.

The attackers who allegedly went after Diaz were also brawling with club security and the casino staff members. Security eventually got control of the situation before ejecting the assailants from the casino and the club.

Diaz apparently didn't want to press charges over the incident after saying his attackers "got the worst of it."

FOX Sports reached out to representatives from Hyde for comment but there has been no response from the club as of yet.

Police weren't contacted and no charges were ultimately filed from the incident.
