Jessica Eye has been relatively quiet in the lead-up to her bout against Bethe Correia at UFC 203, but she made a big statement at Friday’s weigh-in.
Eye made her way to the stage and after she stepped on the scale to get her weight announced, she walked toward Correia for the customary weigh-in face-off. Instead of waiting for Eye’s arrival, Correia lunged forward, prompting Eye to give her opponent a wholehearted, two-handed shove that sent.
Correia went flying backwards and UFC president Dana White and nearby security stepped in to keep the two bantamweights apart from each other.

Fans are hoping Eye and Correia bring that intensity with them into the Octagon on Saturday night when they throw down in the UFC 203 featured prelim on FOX Sports 1.
