The No. 1 light heavyweight contender in the UFC, Anthony "Rumble" Johnson faced an awkward moment Friday in Los Angeles during a question-and-answer session (above) with fans when a Swedish fan told him how much he upset her by knocking out her nation’s fighting pride, Alexander Gustafsson. The fan did extend an olive branch to Johnson, however, promising that all would be forgiven if he managed to stop champion Jon Jones when they meet at UFC 187.
Jones won a controversial decision over Gustafsson back in 2013. On May 23, Johnson will get his chance to take out the lightning-rod, dominant champion.
"I’m gonna do my best," Johnson told the fan.

"All I can say is that it’s going to be an entertaining fight, and I’m going do my best to punch a hole through his soul."

Johnson didn’t hesitate to lay out his strategy for going after Jones’ fighting soul, so to speak. The Blackzilian has gotten to where he is by being aggressive and he believes that style will help him take home UFC gold.
"I’m going to go in there with guns blazing and just do what I do," he claimed.
"[Jones] has seen some people who can do close to what I can do, but not quite what I can do."
