UFC’s Miesha Tate to Shane Mosley: ‘I would choke you out, for sure’
Ronda Rousey vs. Floyd Mayweather? That was so last month.
It’s almost June. The new ludicrous women’s-MMA-fighter-against-boxer debate is now Miesha Tate vs. Shane Mosley. We swear, we didn’t make this up. Click this link and see for yourself. We would have embedded it here, but the camera work is so herky jerky, we didn’t want any readers to throw up for any other reason than the topic of the video.
In an interview with EsNews, Tate tells Mosley to his face that she would choke him out — "for sure." Mosley doesn’t seem to buy in to her claims. It looks like he’s pretty confident he would beat Tate, the former UFC women’s bantamweight No. 1 contender, in a grappling match.
Apparently all "Sugar" Shane wants to do is grapple with her, he said, after making some odd reference to Tate’s legs. Not creepy at all. Bryan Caraway probably isn’t a huge fan of this clip.
Tate, to her credit, was not having any of it with the former three-division boxing champion and ex-pound-for-pound best boxer in the world.
"I think you’re going to have an early bed time," she said.
Get your mind out of the gutter. Tate was talking about if they fought. Perverts.
