Joe Lauzon: Danzig’€™s arm “€˜completely popped”€™ during first-round armbar

Joe Lauzon wraps up his video blogs after a big win over Mac Danzig.

Joe Lauzon didn’€™t win Fight of the Night, nor did he receive Submission of the Night.

"€œHow about win of the night?"€ one of his cornermen said afterward.

"€œNo s**t!"€ Lauzon replied.

That inside look at Lauzon’s fight with Mac Danzing on Saturday night at UFC on FOX comes from the final episode of his vlog, which he posted on YouTube Monday. The fourth installment focuses on fight night, the aftermath of his decision win and Lauzon home back in Massachusetts thanking his trainers and sponsors.

The coolest part? Lauzon talking about how tough Danzig is, because he wouldn’€™t tap to a tight armbar in the first round.

"He just gutted it out,"€ Lauzon told his cornermen after the bout. "I completely had the arm, it completely popped. I felt it popping really bad and I didn’€™t let up. I held it really tight. I thought he was going to tap."

Lauzon’€™s bromance with ‘€œUltimate Fighter’€ alum Jimmy Quinlan, his wrestling coach, continued to cap the vlog. Quinlan faux interviewed Lauzon in a bathroom holding a water bottle like a microphone. Quinlan also has the charisma of said water bottle.

But hey, his wrestling training helped J-Lau win Saturday night and the vlogs were awesome throughout fight week -€“ especially the music. Keep ‘€™em coming, Joe.
