Vince Gill, Barry Trotz to join Predators LIVE!

Predators LIVE! will welcome country music icon and season-ticket and Vince Gill and Capitals coach Barry Trotz as part of Friday’s pregame show beginning at 6:30 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Tennessee.

Gill, a Country Music Hall of Famer, is a longtime season ticket holder and member of the Nashville Predators Foundation’s board of directors. He will sit down with FOX Sports Tennessee analysts Mark Howard and Terry Crisp.

The Nashville resident has recorded more than 20 albums, with more than 26 million sold and is a winner of 18 Country Music Association Awards, including a two-time Entertainer of the Year and five Male Vocalist awards. Gill also has 20 Grammy Awards.

Trotz ,who up until this season was the only coach in Predators history, is returning to Bridgestone Arena for the first time as coach of the Capitals. He will appear in an exclusive 1-on-1 interview with Crisp.

In 15 seasons, Trotz went 1,196-557-479, making the playoffs seven times and went as far as the second round in 2010-11 and ’11-12.

Trotz’s Capitals are currently third in the Eastern Conference’s Metropolitan Division with 56 points, while the Predators are tied with the Sharks with an NHL-best 62 points.
