With 2019 well under way, FOX Sports Supports is excited to be entering the second of its two-year pillar partnerships with Girls Inc. and the Ticket to Dream Foundation. Support of these organizations will manifest itself via broadcast and telecast integration, production services, donated media time, event activations, employee engagement and more.
Good Sports has teamed up with FOX Sports Supports and FOX Sports Films’ MAGNIFY documentary “Shot in the Dark,” providing sports and fitness opportunities to the youth of Chicago. Supporters of the initiative can visit www.goodsports.org/shotinthedark to personally handpick sports equipment that will be directly donated by Good Sports to the youth programs in Chicago. In addition, all donations made through the “Shot in the Dark” webpage will be matched up to $25,000 by 21st Century Fox.

In recognition of all FOX employees who have and continue to serve as armed servicemen and women, a memorial plaque has been created to become a permanent fixture on the FOX Studios lot and will be unveiled Friday morning, Nov. 11.

The American Heart Association’s 29th annual Paul “Bear” Bryant Awards presented by Marathon Oil Corporation, announced that Jimmy Johnson, one of the most respected and accomplished football coaches in NCAA and NFL history, will be named the recipient of the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented to Johnson at the event on Jan. 14 in Houston.
