WWE Hell in a Cell 2016 Kickoff Show live stream: Watch online
A look at how to watch the WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view Kickoff Show and which match will be featured on it.
Before the WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view goes on the air, there will be a Kickoff Show. This usually precedes the show live specials either 30 or 60 minutes before the event goes on the air. Sunday’s will start at 7:00 p.m. ET.
The Hell in a Cell Kickoff Show will mostly be quiet except for one match taking place. This will see a six-man cruiserweight bout with Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado, and Sin Cara vs. Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak, and Tony Nese. There is no build behind this matchup as WWE announced this on Wednesday.
The cruiserweights are also being represented with a title match on the regular show. This will see TJ Perkins defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Brian Kendrick. They are having their third match since this program began in last month.
Since debuting in September, the cruiserweights have been a bit of an afterthought. There has not been much to get invested with them, including the ongoing storyline between Perkins and Kendrick. It has left plenty to be desired for the performers that were going to change Raw. We’ll see if the Kickoff Show and main program matches do anything for this division, but after the first six weeks, this doesn’t seem too likely.
Here are details on how to watch the Hell in a Cell Kickoff Show.
