Watch Broken Matt Hardy's Total Nonstop Deletion

TNA Impact and the creative genius that is Matt Hardy presented Total Nonstop Deletion this week.

The show represented the surreal world of professional wrestling crossing paths with the theatre of the absurd.

It began with the heir to the Hardy throne, King Maxel, Matt's year-old son, making his in-ring debut. And it ended two hours later with the Broken One's wife, Reby Hardy, announcing she was pregnant.

In-between provided arguably the most bizarre presentation in the long history of sports entertainment.

Also appearing was the alter -- altered? -- ego of Jeff Hardy, Itchweed, a persona and figment of Jeff's mind. Itchweed's weapon of choice is, of course, a weed whacker.

The show culminated with a tag-team match of the generations, as Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson, the Rock 'N Roll Express, who have seen their better days, engaged in conflict with the Broken Hardys.

The show at times was hard to believe, and harder to watch. A brilliant disaster.

Whatever becomes of TNA, it will have a legacy: the creative gene that lives in the brilliant brain of Matt Hardy.
