John Cena talks teaming with former rival The Rock at WrestleMania 32
John Cena surprised fans with his return to action at WrestleMania 32, teaming with The Rock to take down the Wyatt Family.
It was a long-awaited return by Cena, who'd be on the sideline all year, and raised the possibility of some interesting new WWE storylines.
Cena joined Jay and Dan this week on "FOX Sports Live", and while he didn't reveal what his next move would be, he reflected on what it's like to team with his former rival The Rock.
"That's like a full-circle cool thing," he said.
"As we often see in sports, some of the greatest rivalries, through those rivalries, you actually develop respect for your competitor, and then admiration, and through that comes friendship," Cena added, "and he is such an amazing human being and works at such a pace that I can't even comprehend. He's done amazing things and, you know, I want as many eyes as we can to be focused on WWE. I'd love to do a crowd of a 110,000 or 150,000, so you know, this is a natural progression to get more people involved in what we do."
