Jackie Nared scored 26 points and Jasmine Smith added 22 as Saint Mary's endured a second half letdown, but still managed to roll past Oregon State with ease 81-61 Monday night.

Saint Mary's (8-4) shot a blistering 63.6 percent (14 for 22) from 3-point range, including a combined 10 for 17 from Nared and Smith. Saint Mary's erupted for a 10-0 run in the game's first 3 1/2 minutes, propelled by three 3-pointers. Saint Mary's took a 41-21 lead into halftime, but Oregon State began to chip away once the second half began, narrowing the lead 43-32 at the 16:52 mark. The Beavers would not get closer the rest of the way.

Oregon State (9-2) was hampered by 10 for 17 from the free throw line and outrebounded by Saint Mary's 46-22. Ali Gibson led the Beavers with 14 points and added five assists.
