The Atlantic Coast Conference women's basketball semifinals have a different look without both Duke and North Carolina.
Both the Blue Devils and Tar Heels were beaten Friday in the quarterfinals. It's the first time since 1991 that the semifinals will be without both schools.
No. 15 Georgia Tech beat North Carolina 54-53 in the first quarterfinal, and North Carolina State followed that by knocking off fifth-ranked and top-seeded Duke 75-73.
