Welterweights meet at UFC 167
The line-up for UFC 167 next month in Las Vegas, Nevada has been finalized with the addition of a welterweight contest pitting American Top Team representative Jason High against UFC newcomer Anthony “The Recipe” Lapsley.
Word of the contest was announced via the official UFC News Twitter account.

High, who put together a seven-fight winning streak between his first two UFC appearances, is coming off a first-round submission win over James Head in August. “The Kansas City Bandit” is 17-4 for his career, including wins over Andre Galvao, Hayato Sakurai, and current UFC welterweight Jordan “Young Guns” Mein.
The 33-year-old Lapsley will be making his Octagon debut at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and will do so in the midst of a four-fight winning streak. With a record of 22-5 (2 NC), “The Recipe” has shared the cage with former UFC veterans Carlo Prater, Drew Fickett, Mike Guymon, and Jay Hieron in the past.
UFC 167 takes place on Saturday, November 16 and is headlined by a UFC welterweight title bout between champion Georges St-Pierre and challenger Johny Hendricks. The full card is as follows (bout order has not yet been finalized):
