UFC Fight Night on FOX: dos Santos vs. Miocic weigh-in results
The UFC's first show in Phoenix is officially a go for Saturday night following the weigh-ins on Friday, but not without at least one hiccup along the way.
While main event fighters Junior dos Santos and Stipe Miocic had no problem making weight as heavyweights, co-main event fighter Nate Diaz had no such luck.
The former Ultimate Fighter winner came in at 160.6 pounds -- a full 4.6 pounds over the cut off for the lightweight division. Diaz will not attempt to cut weight again and will be penalized 20-percent of his purse for the infraction.
