Tennis star Andy Murray, Kim Sears get married
Tennis star Andy Murray got married to his longtime girlfriend Kim Sears in Dunblane, Scotland, on Saturday.
The world's No. 3 ranked ATP singles player pre-capped his wedding day in emoji on his Twitter account prior to the festivities:
The 27-year-old Murray, the first British man to win the Wimbledon men's singles event in 77 years who recently notched his 500th win at the Miami Open, made headlines with his engagement to Sears last November. Murray met Sears, the daughter of famed British tennis player and coach Nigel Sears, at the 2005 U.S. Open when they were still teenagers. Their relationship became public a year later.

The couple, both 27, said their vows in front of family and friends during a ceremony at Dunblane Cathedral.
On a day of showers and hailstorms, the rain held off as the couple exited the 300-seat cathedral to cheers from the large crowd gathered outside to wish them well.
The couple is said to be celebrating their wedding at Cromlix House, the luxury hotel they own in Scotland.
