Novak Djokovic, longtime girlfriend say they're expecting a baby
Novak Djokovic appears to be set to join Roger Federer in the world of parenthood.
The six-time major champion wrote Thursday on Twitter that he and his longtime girlfriend, Jelena Ristic, are expecting a baby. The announcement was accompanied by a scenic photo from their current vacation in Greece:
Jelena is pregnant!!!We will be parents soon! #blessed Postacemo roditelji uskoro!!! #najsrecniji @JelenaRisticNDF pic.twitter.com/8WG1hocGIk

In February, the 26-year-old Djokovic said he and Ristic would be getting married. They have been a couple for more than eight years. She runs his humanitarian aid organization.
It's not April Fool's Day, and we can't think of any other reason for Djokovic to troll us on this one, so congrats to the parents-to-be.
The second-ranked Djokovic is taking a little time off with a right wrist injury but expects to return to action next month at the Madrid Masters.
In December, 17-time major champion Federer announced he and his wife, Mirka, are expecting a child in 2014. They already are the parents of twin girls.
Here is a helpful table to break down the baby race between the Big Four of men's tennis:
BIG FOUR BABY SITUATION
Player | No. of children | No. of children expecting |
Roger Federer | 2 | At least one (reports say twins) |
Novak Djokovic | 0 | At least one |
Rafael Nadal | 0 | None that we know of |
Andy Murray | 0 | None that we know of |
