Zabaleta has missed three matches but has made himself available for Sunday's Sky Live game against Sunderland. The 26-year-old's return is timely given injuries suffered to his fellow defenders Micah Richards and Jerome Boateng. A statement on the City website confirmed the news and added: "Pablo has expressed his thanks to all the messages of support he's had from City fans."
