Yates vows to bounce back
Mark Yates is confident Cheltenham Town will respond positively to their League Two play-off heartache.
The Robins spent the vast majority of the 2012/13 campaign in and around the promotion-chasing pack, but tripped at the final hurdle.
They suffered 1-0 defeats home and away against Northampton Town to rob them of a day out at Wembley and a shot at a third tier standing.
Yates is, however, refusing to get too downbeat.
He is proud of the effort put in by his players this season and will be looking for them to mount another promotion push next term.
Yates told Sky Sports: "We've been in the top six all season, and that's just testament to the hard work, the group that we've got, the players that we've got.
"Yes, they can be disappointed and it could easily have been different tonight, but it isn't.
"We are a club that deals with reality, we'll dust ourselves down and we'll go again."
