Jack Warner has been unanimously re-elected as president of CONCACAF, football's governing body for North and Central America and the Caribbean.
The Trinidadian, who is also FIFA vice-president, ran unopposed and returns for his sixth consecutive term having taken up the role in 1990.
He said: "I am honoured to have been entrusted to lead this Confederation for another four years, particularly in our 50th anniversary year."
Lisle Austin, of Barbados, and Mexican Football Federation president Justino Compean were elected as CONCACAF vice-presidents.
