Former Chelsea boss Gianluca Vialli has revealed he would be interested in the Juventus job if they came calling.

The former Juventus striker has been linked with Gigi del Neri's job at the bianconeri following a poor run of form.

Del Neri's future at Juve has been the subject of intense speculation with reports suggesting he could be axed if he loses the next game against Cesena.

Vialli, who has been out of management since leaving Watford in 2002, insists he has not received any contact from Juve, but that he would find it hard to resist their overtures if they made a move for him.

"There was contact few years ago, but now there haven't been contacts with the club," Vialli told Sky Italia.

"No phone calls have arrived, but should it arrive, I'll think.

"Sincerely I hope it won't change. I think that Del Neri will continue until the end of the season: it's right following the plan with team and officials."
