Wolves' crucial 3-2 win over Birmingham came at a price with three players injured at St Andrew's.
Leading scorer Sylvan Ebanks-Blake is the biggest cause for concern. The 15-goal striker was forced off after 64 minutes with an ankle injury following a challenge from former West Brom defender Paul Robinson and Wolves boss Dean Saunders fears he could miss the remainder of the season.
"He is possibly out for the season with ankle ligament damage. Fingers crossed that's not the case, but we'll have to see," said Saunders after Monday's match.
"He went over on his ankle and I think it's partly down to fatigue and stretching."
Ebanks-Blake was not the only casualty. Jamie O'Hara was struggling with a dead leg from Saturday's 3-2 win against Middlesbrough and had to be withdrawn after 57 minutes, while man-of-the-match David Davis carried on despite a groin problem.
Saunders added: "David was signalling to come off, but we had to leave him out there. It was just tiredness. Jamie played with a dead leg which he hadn't fully got over."
