Suarez keeping his feet on the ground after Norwich victory
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez insisted that he is not getting away with his side's chances of winning the Premier League.
Brendan Rodgers' team went five points clear at the top of the table with a narrow 3-2 victory over Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday.
Raheem Sterling scored twice and set up the other for Suarez, who said that they have to maintain their focus for their next game against second-placed Chelsea.
"We are happy because we got three points, which are very important for us," he told Sky Sports.
"We worked really hard today. Playing against Norwich is very difficult as they are fighting against relegation.
"In football you never know what is going to happen. I think we have to keep calm and focus on the next game against Chelsea. It is important.
"At the start of the season we targeted finishing in the top four and now I think it is done."
Suarez scored his 30th league goal of the season on Sunday, becoming the first Liverpool player since Ian Rush to do so since 1987.
The Uruguay international played down his achievement and said that winning as a team is more important to him than personal success.
"It is important for me but my target is to help the team every time I play," he said. "We are at the top now and we should enjoy this moment."
