Sevilla has reinforced its attack with striker Baba Diawara after agreeing to a transfer deal with Portuguese club Maritimo.
Sevilla said on Sunday that the Senegalese player has signed a contract for four and a half seasons with a buyout clause of ?30 million ($38.7 million).
Baba, who will join Spain striker Alvaro Negredo and veteran Frederic Kanoute in attack, will be presented on Monday.
Sevilla is eighth in the Spanish league standings but is winless in its last five games.
