Swiss top-tier club Servette says it has signed Benfica defender Roderick Miranda on a season-long loan.
Roderick played in every match for Portugal at the Under-20 World Cup. It lost the final against Brazil, 3-2 after extra time, two weeks ago.
Servette says Roderick has played five first-team matches for Benfica.
Roderick played for current Servette coach Joao Alves, a former Portugal international, in the Benfica youth system.
