Relegation-threatened Bologna let slip a two goal lead to draw 2-2
with Atalanta on Wednesday night - a result that leaves it just one
place above the drop zone.
Bologna is in 17th place with 20 points, three more than
Atalanta in 18th.
Marco Di Vaio scored both Bologna's goals, the first with a
free kick in the 17th and he added a second in the 34th. Thomas
Manfredini pulled a goal back for Atalanta before halftime and
after the break Ernesto Chevanton scored to give Atalanta a share
of the points.
In the night's other game, Genoa and Bari drew 1-1. Paulo
Barretto scored his third goal in two games to give Bari an early
lead, but Genoa fought back and equalized through a deflected free
kick from Omar Milanello.
