Senegal has been disqualified from the African Cup of Nations after fan rioting during its final qualifier against Ivory Coast.
The second-leg match was halted in the 76th minute in Dakar on Saturday after Ivory Coast went 2-0 in front, giving them a 6-2 aggregate lead.
Stones, bottles and firecrackers were thrown onto the field in Dakar and tear gas was deployed.
The Confederation of African Football disciplinary board has decided the result should stand, meaning Senegal has been officially eliminated.
