Hoffenheim coach Markus Babbel has dropped midfielder Sejad Salihovic for the upcoming Bundesliga matches against Cologne and Bayern Munich as a ''disciplinary measure.''
Babbel gave no details Wednesday but said Salihovic would be able to train with the under-23 side and will return to the squad after the two matches and ''be able to compete for a place on the team like everyone else.''
Salihovic was a late substitute in Bosnia-Herzegovina's 2-1 loss to Brazil in a friendly on Tuesday in Switzerland.
